Terms of Use

This page explains the scope of the VPNJM subscription service, the rules for accounts and subscriptions, acceptable use requirements, service availability and liability limits, and how account termination and changes to these terms are handled. Continued use of the service means you have read and accepted the terms below.

1. Service Scope and Coverage

VPNJM provides a subscription-based network acceleration service using international routes for cross-border access and access to international websites. The service includes Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients, route access, data allowances, and subscription management, currently covering 100+ countries / 220+ routes.

Subscriptions fall into two categories. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB, with data resetting monthly on the activation date. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they are used until exhausted and never expire. When a monthly subscription is upgraded mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Specific allowances and expiration dates are based on the order record in the user panel.

The service does not include maintenance of user devices or local networks, or the content and availability of third-party websites or applications. Access policies for third-party services such as streaming platforms and AI tools are set by those providers, and VPNJM does not guarantee their continued availability.

2. Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Accounts are for the registered user only, and there is no limit on simultaneous online devices. The following are not permitted:

  • Reselling, renting, or lending accounts or subscription links, or using subscriptions for commercial distribution;
  • Publishing subscription addresses in public forums, groups, code repositories, or similar locations;
  • Reverse engineering, cracking, repackaging, or redistributing the client;
  • Using automated scripts to register accounts in bulk or making high-frequency API requests.

Users are responsible for keeping account passwords secure. Any data consumption caused by the user disclosing a subscription address or password is treated as service already used. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT, and order status is as shown in the user panel.

3. Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and other applicable laws relevant to use of the service. The service is intended only for lawful cross-border access and network acceleration and must not be used for:

  • Infringing the intellectual property, trade secrets, or personal privacy of others;
  • Distributing illegal content, or carrying out network attacks, fraud, money laundering, or similar activities;
  • Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of any network service or infrastructure.

Users are responsible for the websites they access and the content they transmit through the service. VPNJM follows an anonymous, no-logs policy and does not record user browsing content; where a formal request is received from a competent authority in accordance with the law, VPNJM will cooperate as required by applicable law.

4. Service Availability and Liability Limits

The service is provided as is. Route quality is affected by factors such as the user's local network, the carrier's international gateway, and the policies of the destination service. VPNJM does not guarantee any specific speed or latency, nor that any third-party service will be accessible at all times.

Scheduled maintenance and route adjustments are announced in advance in the user panel. For interruptions caused by force majeure, submarine cable faults, upstream data center changes, or similar causes, VPNJM will restore service as soon as possible but is not liable for indirect losses arising from them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount the user actually paid for the affected subscription.

5. Account Termination

VPNJM may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: reselling or publicly sharing a subscription; using the service for illegal activities; bulk registration, attacks on servers, or API abuse; and malicious chargebacks or abnormal refund requests. In ordinary cases, notice will first be given through a ticket in the user panel; serious violations may result in immediate termination.

Users may stop using the service at any time. Refunds of paid fees are handled under a separate refund policy, with guidance in the next section.

6. Policy Changes and Refund Guidance

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Updated versions are published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top of the page is revised accordingly. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes involving billing, allowances, or the scope of liability will be announced separately in the user panel.

Refunds: a full refund may be requested without reason within 30 days of the first payment; see the Refund Policy for full conditions and the request process.
